I want some more! - Aloo- Matar-Paneer (Potato-Peas-Cottage Cheese)

I love aloo matar as well as matar paneer and I didn't mix the left overs of these two  :P.  I wanted  to make something simple and yet, different. So here it is, Aloo-Matar-Paneer! Tell me something I can't do and I will pursue it to no end. I made dhokla for 3 successive days until I was successful. Avi made the mistake of telling me that he can't eat green peas for nuts, I made him have matar paneer, methi-matar-malai, peas masala and now this one. Not only did he have his serving, but he asked for two more. He went ahead and told the same about eggplants and now he requests them every now and then. Call me persistent or simply, a woman- I do exactly opposite of what is told to me. I think I am a mean bit of both. ;)

It is -29 Deg C here and some warm carbs doesn't do any bad :) . My latest crochet project:- Hook Case.

Ingredients:-
1/3 cup of green peas
1 cup of diced potato
1/2 cup of diced 1" paneer cubes
1/3 cup of curds
1 tsp of jeera
1 tsp of turmeric powder
1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp of garam masala
1/2 tsp of coriander powder
4 slit green chillies (or more)
1/4 cup of coriander leaves
1 tbl spn of oil
salt to taste

Method:-
Heat the oil and add the jeera.
Add the green chillies, green peas and ginger-garlic paste. Fry for about 1 min.
Add the potatoes, garam masala, salt and coriander powder. Fry well for about 2 min.
Add the curds and cook closed for 10 mins. Stir every 2 mins.
Once the curds is almost soaked in by the potato, add the fried paneer pieces and cook closed in low flame for about 2 mins.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
