Green Gourmet Round Up-1

I had requested you guys to hit me with lush green recipes and I have to tell you, I have been hit pretty hard. Not that I am complaining, I am rather pleased, surprised and thankful with the outcome. Thanks to each and every participant who contributed to the event's grand success. Last time I counted the number of recipes it was around 100 and now I just have lost count. It is 9.15 PM now and I officially close the event submissions.

Thanks again to Avi and Susan for all the motivation and encouragement. Susan and myself aren't included in the giveaway drawing.  Please wait till the last round up (There will be three parts) to know who the winner of the giveaway is :)

I am loving the wide gamut of recipes we have here. I am sure you would bookmark many of these lovely and yum recipes to try out in your kitchen and add healthy greens in an innovative way to your family diet.

Excellent roundup. I certainly want to try one dish-- the Collard Greens Leaf "Patra/Pathiri" by Uma. I have only seen others make it. Now I am prompted to tempted to try it as well.
