I love watching the Vancouver Olympics, especially the figure skating. I so so wish I could learn that sport, but I guess its too late for that now. Instead, I am planning to strengthen my yoga skills. This week its going to be Dhanurasana (bow posture) and Setu Bandha Savangasana (bridge posture). I plan to take up two poses every week along with normal stretches and practice everyday, of course, giving more importance to the two new or difficult poses. 45 mins of yoga and 15 mins of relaxing meditation should freshen me. Today is men's single figure skating in the evening and I am sure to be glued to the TV.
Baked black bean cutlet is an excellent recipe when you are at fat reduction mode. But you can't compare its taste to the ones deep fried. The deep fried ones do taste better, but these taste very good too. If you are dieting and you want to attend to a cutlet craving, this is an excellent way to add beans and satisfy the craving without indulging in deep fried dishes.
Backed Black Bean Cutlets:
Ingredients:-Serve with ketchup.
1 cup cooked black beans
3 sprigs of coriander
1 large garlic pod
1 inch of ginger
1/2 tsp of cumin seeds
3 green chillies(depending on taste)
bread crumbs
olive oil to brush the cutlets (oil spray will do too)
salt to taste
Method:-
Preheat the oven at 375 F
Grind all of the above into a thick paste with very little water.
Take a golf sized ball of the batter and press it down to shape them like patties with even thickness.
Coat with bread crumbs.
Spray or coat a thin layer of olive oil.
Place them on a baking tray with aluminum foil (lightly spayed with olive oil).
Bake for 15 mins. Them turn them around and bake for another 5 mins. Till you find the bread crumbs have turned brown.

@preeti,Regarding eno,its better to use eno only to get crispy and soft dosa's,if not available to you add 2 pinches of cooking soda(baking soda) to the batter and mix properly and make,I think this should work.I am not sure of using yeast in this instant dosa preeti,if you give a try lemme know d outcome..
Those baked cutlets look gr8..very healthy too
