Veg Chinese Noodles

One of my all time fav! Who doesn't love this recipe? Quick, nutritious and fuss free. Totally yummm .. :).

Ingredients:-

1 packet egg/rice noodles
1 cup of finely veggies (capsicum, cabbage (chopped as long as your slit onions),carrot and french beans)
4 tbl spns of oil
2 slit green chillies (Depends how hot you want the noodles to be)
1 tbl spn of vinegar
1 tbl spn of soya sauce
1 tsp of white/black pepper powder
1 onion sliced thin
pinch of ajinomoto/MSG
1 small garlic pod finely grated
salt to taste
chopped green onions for garnishing

Method:-
Boil the noodles packet as per instruction on the packet. Drain the water and mix one 1 tsp of oil. This will not let the noodles to be sticky.
In a wok, heat the rest of the oil. Add garlic and onions. Fry till onions get transparent.
Add all the veggies and fry them in high heat till they get cooked. The veggies should be crisp (not soggy).
Add the salt, pepper, vinegar, ajinomoto/MSG and soya sauce.
Add the noddles and stir fry for a min or more.
Garnish with green onions.
