Shobha Aunty has in no way been less than a mother to me. It would be even shameful to call her a mother figure. She is just a mother to me and nothing less.
Yesterday was a fun day! Aunty gave me a beautiful gift for my bday. A gift to keep the"Mother and Child" spirit alive. A beautiful gold watch studded with diamonds on the dial. Have a look and don't miss the mother and child shaped dial :)...it is so pretty. Thank you aunty, it is truly a gift I will cherish for ever. And enjoy the Grand Canyon Trip.
We also have food today. This subji is what I made yesterday for lunch to aunty's house.
Ingredients:-
One small cauliflower, chopped into medium sized florets
2 capsicums chopped into 1 inch squares
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp of garam masala

1 tsp of coriander powder
1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
1 tbl spn of ginger-garlic paste
1 medium sized onions chopped
salt to taste
2 tbl spn of oil
few chopped coriander leaves to garnish
Method:-
Heat oil and add jeera.
Add onions, ginger galic paste and fry well
Add the cauliflowers and capsicum. Sprinkle some water and cook for 5 minutes closed
