Crispy Vegetable Bajji

Sunday evenings are hungry evenings after loads of cleaning done! You deserve a lovely snack. The easiest and no fuss snack- Vegetable bajji!!! Quick and yummy! Relish them with tea as you take a break to relax! The shows capsicums, asian eggplant(cut in rounds) and onions (diced, you may cut them in rounds too..I prefer it diced )






Ingredients:-

for batter:-
1/2 a cup of besan
3 tbl spns of rice flour
2 tsp of chilli powder
1 tsp of jeera powder
water to make a paste
a pinch of asafoetida
salt to taste

veggies like capsicum/bell peppers, asian eggplant, potatoes, onions cut ot sliced in medium thickness.
Oil to deep fry

Method:-

Mix all of them with water to make a batter with no lumps. The batter should be thick (dropping consistency)
Dip the veggies in batter one by one and deep fry till the veggies get cooked and crisp. (keep in medium flame)
