Ingredients:-
1 medium sized cabbage chopped
1/2 a cup of peas
1/4 a cup of cut carrot (small pieces)
1/4 cup grated coconut
1 tsp mustard seeds
3-4 curry leaves
1 tsp urad dal
3 red chillies (broken)
salt to taste
1 tlb spn oil
Method:-
Heat oil in pan.
Add the mustard seeds and wait for them to crackle.
Add the urad dal , red chillies and curry leaves.Add very little water. Cook closed and stir occasionally. Do this till the vegetable are cooked.
Add the grated coconut and fry for 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
