American Breakfast:Pancakes!

Today we relished a typical American breakfast and yes, it did include pancakes with butter and honey. Its simple and quite filling to keep you going till late afternoon.

Ingredients:-

2 cups of all purpose flour
1 tsp of vanilla pure essence
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
1 tsp of sugar
3 tbl spns of melted butter (can avoid if you are watching your weight)

Method:-
Mix the flour with the ingredients to make a (pouring consistency)smooth batter.
Heat a skillet and keep the flame in medium heat.
Sprinkle some flecks of water and if it makes a frizzing sound as it evaporates, then the skillet is ready.
The amount you pour will decide the final size of your pancakes. I poured around 2 small sized ladle full of batter to make one pancake.
Just pour 2 ladle full of batter on top of the other immediately on the skillet, it will spread by itself evenly. Do not smear it with your ladle on the the skillet.
Cook till golden brown or light brown on both sides.
Serve with with butter and honey.
