** The stuff can change according to one's taste. you can throw in any veggie you like and top it up with cheese.
6 frozen tart shells
1/4 cup butternut squash chopped
1/4 cup onions
1/4 cup bell pepper
1/4 cup carrots
chopped coriander leaves to garnish
1/4 1 spn red chilli powder
salt to taste
1 cup of grated Mozerella cheese
Fry all the onions in olive oil in a pan with chilli powder and salt to taste.
Preheat the oven to 400 F.
Fill the tart shells with the vegetable mix and garnish with coriander.
Top it with cheese
Bake for 20 minutes till the shells are cooked (they turn light brown).
Its usually very hot inside the shells, so cool for around 10 minutes and then serve.
Serve with ketchup!
