Ingredients
Marinate:-
20 pieces of tofu cubes
1 tbl spn of soya sauce
1 t spn of salt
2 tble spns of corn starch/corn flour
1 tbl spn of vinegar
1 t spn of red chilli powder
Marinate for atleast half hour.

1 tbl spn of soya sauce
1 t spn of salt
2 tbl spns of coconut milk
1 tbl spn of vinegar
1 t spn of chilli powder
1 cup of chopped carrots and capsicum
1 small size onion sliced finely
2 green chillies
1/2 t spn red chilli powder (can reduce as per taste)
1/2 t spn pepper powder
2-3 pods of garlic cut finely/grated
Method:-
In a pan heat 5 tbl spns of oil.
Shallow fry these marinated tofu till all sides get evenly golden brown (or light brown)
Keep these tofu aside.
Add chopped garlic, green chillies, onions and fry till onions get transparent and cooked
Add the veggies, soya sauce,vinegar,red chilli powder,pepper powder,salt and cook with a little water with closed lib so that the veggies get cooked(dont make the veggies too soft, they should be cooked and crisp too).
Add coconut milk and cooked for a min more.
Add the tofu with another 1 tbl spns of oil toss slowly for 5 mins.
Garnish with corriander.
Serve hot
