Honey-Ginger Roasted Potato Wrap

This dish makes an amazing wrap filling and serves as an appetizer (without the wrap).

Serves: One hungry Kid!

Ingredients:-
2 medium sized half cooked potatoes (half cooked potatoes cooks faster when deep fried, you may use uncooked also)
1 tbl spn ginger paste
2 tbl spns pure honey
1 medium sized onion sliced
few coriander leaves
1 tbl spn chilli powder
1 tbl spn of italian dressing powder (with rosemary, chives, thyme and sage)
2 tbl spn maida/all purpose flour
1 tbl spn corn starch/rice flour
2 tortilla wraps
1 tbl spn lime juice
salt to taste

Method:-
Mix the powders, salt ,honey, ginger paste and flours to make a thick batter with water.
Coat the diced potatoes in the batter and marinate them for half hour.
You may roast this at 420 F for 15-20 minutes (turning them occasionally to get an even brown coating) or you may deep fry them.
If you are using the over, make sure the aluminum foil is smeared with oil.
Serve them with ketchup

Wrap:- (makes 2 wraps)
Get a tortilla wrap. Smear it with lime juice (as mush u desire, it gives a nice tangy taste) in one side.
Wrap the potatoes with sliced onions and coriander keeping them on the smeared side.
Serve with ketchup.
