Dry kabuli Chana Masala











Ingredients:-
1 tin of cooked chana
1 t spn of tumeric powder
1 t spn of chole masala
1/4 t spn of amchur powder
1 t spn of jeera
1 small tomato finely chopped
1 small sized onion finely chopped
2 t spn of lime juice
few coriander leaves
salt to taste

Method:-
Heat oil in pan and add jeera.
Add the masalas and powders.
Add the onions and fry till transparent
Add the tomatos and chana and let it cook well.
Cook for 5 minutes with salt.
Add the lime juice
Garnish with coriander leaves.
