Ingredients:-
2 cups whole milk
1 cup non fat or any other dry milk powder
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 cup clarified butter (ghee)
1/2 cup almond meal (powdered whole almonds)
1 cup sugar (or according to taste)
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (optional)
one or two drops of clarified butter / ghee to grease a plate

Mix all the ingredients of the fudge in a large heavy bottomed pan with heated ghee.
Keep the flame on a low-medium heat so that the mixture does not burn or char.
Stir continuously.
Stir continuously.
The mixture needs to thicken till it begins to come together in the center and leave the edges of the pan. Will start to seem like a soft lump (or starts becoming like a dough/atta).
Pour this mixture on the greased plate and level it with a knife.
Let cool for half hour before it hardens, level again with the back of a cup.
Cut with a knife into desired shapes, either squares or diamonds.
Refrigerate the fudge and use as required.
