Morning are always busy, isin't it? I made this easy,healthy and yummy breakfast and everyone at home loves it. You may have this shake as it is or you may put your cereal in it. No more fuss from kids and keeps adults light and content.
2 cups of milk (reduced fat)
1/2 t spn of pure vanilla essence
2 spoons of sugar
Shake all the above ingredients well till the milk froths and the banana is completely ground and become one with milk.
Add the crushed almonds and cereal.
