Tea Masala/ Herbal Tea Masala/ Chai Masala







Ingredients:-
black pepper-1 cup
Cinnamon Sticks- 1/4 a cup
cloves-1/4 a cup
Small elaichi - 1/2 a cup
Star Anise-5-6 (optional)
Dried ginger powder -1/2 a cup (optional, try adding this freshly grated in your tea for more flavour)

Grind all of them together dry.
Store in an air tight container so that the aroma is not lost.

**If the tea is made without milk and just water, you may add a dash of lemon and honey to give you a great flavour.
