Corn Fritters










In a bowl mix:-
One can of corn
One egg beaten
1/2 medium sized finely chopped onions
finely chopped corriander
1 tbl spn of red chilli powder
1 tbl spn of all purpose flour/rice flour/besan
crushed pepper,crushed lil rosemary,crushed chives-optional
2 spoons of bread crumbs.
salt to taste.

Heat the pan with enough oil to shallow fry (say 4-5 tble spns).
With the help of a table spoon, add the 2 tble spns of the mixture slowly to make a fritter.
Fry well on both sides till golden brown. Take care when turning the fritter.
Serve hot.
