Carrot Raita











Ingredients:-
1 carrot
1 t spn Mustard seeds
Salt to taste
1 t spn of oil
1/4 of a medium sized onion sliced very thin
Green Chillies-3 slit
Curds- 2 cups (tea cup size)

Add the grated carrot and salt to the curd.
Heat oil in pan add mustard (wait to crackle), add green chillies and fry well. You may fry the onions till brown or add it raw-as desired.
Add the seasoning to the raita.
garnish with a lil coriander
