Ingredients:-
1 cup of moong dal washed and cleaned
1 fist full of rajma (optional-I put it as it tastes yummy)
1 medium sized onion puree
2 medium sized tomato+7 coriander leaves + 2 green chillies puree
1 tsp jeera
2 tbl spns of butter/oil
1 tsp of garam masala
1 tbl spn red chilli powder
1 tbl spn ginger-garlic paste
1 tbl spn fresh cream
1 tbl spn lemon juice
salt to taste
Method:-
Heat the butter in pan and add jeera.
Add ginger-garlic paste. Fry for a min.
Add the onion puree and let it cook for 5-6 minutes or till the onion lose their raw smell
Add the tomato puree, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.
Add the cooked moong dal and rajma (if used)
Cook for 15 mins.
Add the fresh cream and cook for a min.
Off the gas and let it cool . Add lime juice and serve with garnished coriander leaves.
