Mor Kozhambu



Ingredients:-
2 cups of curds
1/4 tsp of turmeric
4 curry leaves
salt to taste

Thaan/Kashnam/Vegetable float options:-
2-3 okra cut into 3 large pieces
5-6 pumpkin pieces
5-6 potato pieces

To be ground:-
1 tbl spn of bengal gram/kadallai paruppu,
1 tble spn of jeera,
5 black pepper,
3 green chillies,
1/2 tumbler of coconut

Take curds/plain yogurt and beat it fine with a lil water. Add turmeric and salt. Add curry leaves. Keep aside
Take 7-8 pieces of ladies finger and fry well in oil with mustard (allow it to crackle and then add the okra).
Once the okra is tender, add the curd mixture and the ground paste.
Never let it boil. Heat till the froth comes and switch it off.
