Ingredients:-
2 fully cooked potatoes, mashed or cut small. (I like it mashed)
3 tbl spns oil
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp jeera seeds
1 medium sized onion
2 green chillies
a pinch of sugar
salt to taste
2 tsp red chilli powder (u can add heat to the subji as desired)
few chopped leaves to garnish
Method
Heat 1 tbl spn of oil in a pan.
Add jeera and mustard.Allow them to crackle.
Add onion, green chillies and fry well till onion turns transparent.
Add mashed potatoes , salt and chilli powder as per taste.
Add more oil and shallow fry till crisp.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
