Cabbage Peas Curry with Coconut Gravy



 

Ingredients:-
2 tbl sps of sambar powder
2 cup of chopped cabbage
1 cup of peas
1/2 t spn of turmeric powder
1/2 a cup of coconut milk
1 tsp of mustard seeds
3-4 curry leaves,
1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste
salt to taste


Method:-

Take a pan. Pour 1 sp of oi
l. Tamper 1 tsp of mustard seeds, a lil curry leaves, 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste.

Add cut cabbage and peas . Sprinkle some water to soften and stir -cook in medium flame with salt .

Add sambar powder, turmeric powder and salt.

Add coconut milk and cook for 5 mins.

Serve Hot.
